I was an executive at a 3,000-person corporate headquarters in Pennsylvania, and I was the first person to bike to work. Twelve and a half miles each way I loved it loved it! I could think, I could see the foxes, I could go along the river in the afternoon, and I could get all that tension out from my boss not doing the right thing. And that’s what got me started.

“I’m retired now, and one of the main reasons I decided to come to Austin is because it is one of the most bike friendly cities in North America with a warm climate during the winter. I commute four miles to the gym three times a week, and to go grocery shopping. I love biking!”
