Joined Capital Metro in September 2006 as Vice-President of Strategic Planning & Development. In his current position, he leads Capital Metro’s planning, scheduling, analysis and rideshare departments. He has 17 years of broad-based transportation planning experience, including work at three transit agencies, an MPO and a state DOT. Todd holds a Master’s Degree in Community and Regional Planning and Bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of Texas at Austin. He currently serves as Chair of the CAMPO Technical Advisory Committee and serves on the board of his neighborhood association.
Hemingson’s interest in the TMA stems from their connection to transit and their potential to educate, motivate and encourage employers and employees to find alternatives to driving alone, reduce transportation costs, increase mobility and improve the region’s quality of life.
